  • Our pricing varies depending on the paint party service you’re interested in and a few other factors, such as the number of participants.

    Generally, our prices fall within the range of $25-$50 per person, in addition to a $50 travel fee.

  • To ensure a smooth and enjoyable paint party, we typically ask the host to provide a few essential items:
    * Tables: Enough sturdy tables for all your guests to comfortably work on. We recommend allowing approximately 2-3 feet of table space per person.
    * Chairs: Comfortable seating for all participants.
    * Access to Running Water: This is essential for rinsing brushes and cleaning up spills. A sink or hose access nearby is ideal.
    * A Way to Dispose of Used Paint Water: While we can bring our own container with advance notice, having a designated sink or drain where we can safely dispose of paint water is very helpful.
    * Trash Can: While not strictly necessary, having a trash can readily available for paper towels and other waste is always appreciated and can help keep the painting area tidy. If you don't have one easily accessible, just let us know in advance, and we can certainly bring our own.

    We take care of bringing all the art supplies, including canvases, paints, brushes, palettes, aprons, and any other materials needed for the painting activity. Our goal is to make it as easy and fun for you and your guests as possible!

  • While having enough tables and chairs for your guests is a good starting point, we also need to consider the working space for each painter and the overall flow of the event. Here's a breakdown of what we typically need:
    * Individual Painter Space: We recommend approximately 2-3 feet of table space per person to comfortably accommodate their canvas, paint supplies, water cup, and personal items. This prevents crowding and allows for easier movement while painting.
    * Instructor Area: We'll need a small area for our instructor to set up their demonstration painting and supplies, and to move around to assist guests. This doesn't need to be huge, but enough to be clearly visible.
    * Walkways: It's important to have clear pathways between tables so guests can move around comfortably and we can easily access everyone.
    * Setup and Breakdown: We'll also need a bit of clear space for us to bring in our supplies and set up before the party, and to pack everything up afterwards.

    And don't worry about needing prior painting experience! All of our canvases come with a basic image lightly traced in advance. This allows everyone to relax and focus on the joy of painting and bringing the artwork to life with color and their own personal touch.
